Outline Planning Application 25/41179/OUT Land North of Milford Road
There will be an opportunity for residents to share any further views concerning planning application 25/41179/OUT Land North of Milford Road, Walton on the Hill in an extended public session of Berkswich Parish Council’s meeting on 4 November 2025 at 7.00 pm in Walton Village Hall. Leaflets will be distributed to local addresses in the coming days.
Berkswich Parish Council resolved to object to the planning application at their meeting on 7 October 2025. The Council’s letter of objection, which reflects the views and concerns expressed by local residents at the October meeting, will be published on the Parish Council website and Facebook page next week (w/c 27 October). It is hoped this will assist residents to address relevant material considerations when writing their own responses. It should be recalled that the decision on whether the application is approved or rejected rests solely with Stafford Borough Council as the Local Planning Authority.
