Outline Planning Application for Land off Milford Road (North)
An outline planning application was validated by SBC yesterday for up to 360 dwellings at land off Milford Road North. The documents can be viewed at https://www.staffordbc.gov.uk/planning-public-access using reference 25/41179/OUT. Berkswich Parish Council’s response to the application will be agreed at the next Parish Council meeting at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 7 October 2025 at Walton Village Hall and residents are welcome to attend.
