Planning Application for 7 Dwellings at Home Farm, Milford
Berkswich Parish Council have received a consultation letter from Stafford Borough Council regarding a Permission in Principle Application to demolish existing buildings, erect seven residential dwellings and to form a car parking area to serve the existing commercial units at Home Farm, Main Road, Milford. Plans can be viewed on SBC’s planning portal, application ref 26/42278/PIP.
The Parish Council’s response to the consultation will be agreed at their meeting on 7 July 2026 at 7.30 pm at Walton Village Hall. The public are welcome to attend the meeting and there is a public session at the start of every meeting where people can raise any issues with the Parish Council. The consultation on this application closes on Wednesday 8 July 2026.
